World Environment Day | Eco-friendly Masking Tapes for the Automotive Industry Support the Low-carbon Transition in Vehicle Repair and Painting
To mark World Environment Day on 5 June, and in line with the themes of environmental protection and low-carbon production, Wangogh has launched a range of eco-friendly masking tapes specifically designed for the automotive industry, targeting the car repair and whole-vehicle painting sectors.
This series of masking tapes uses renewable crinkled paper as the base material and employs a solvent-free, eco-friendly water-based adhesive formula. It contains no volatile harmful additives and complies with RoHS environmental standards.
The product is heat-resistant and prevents paint penetration. After automotive baking, the entire roll can be removed without leaving any adhesive residue, thereby preventing waste liquid from contaminating the paintwork and soil. The all-paper base material is naturally recyclable and biodegradable, replacing traditional non-biodegradable plastic masking products and reducing solid waste emissions from automotive repair and painting at the consumables stage.
