Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Can I purchase samples?

A: The MOQ for regular standard products is 100 units. The MOQ for customized products is subject to the product process. Sample purchasing is supported with no extra charge for the samples themselves, while the sample shipping fee shall be borne by the customer. Samples will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Q: How soon will production be arranged after payment?

A: Production will be scheduled within 3–5 working days after we receive the deposit and confirm all product details (such as specifications, packaging, and color number). The production lead time for regular standard products is 7–15 days.
